What personal data we collect and why
Orders
When you place an order on the shop, we collect your name, delivery and billing
address, email address, phone number, and details of the products ordered. This
information is used to process your order, keep you informed of its status, and meet
our legal and accounting obligations. We keep this information for as long as
necessary for these purposes, including our accounting and tax obligations (10 years).
Payment
Payments on miracle-cups.com are processed by WooCommerce Payments,
powered by Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers — they are

Customer account
If you create an account, we store your name, email address and password
(encrypted), as well as your order history. You can view, change or delete this
information at any time from your “My account” area.
Cookies
We use technical cookies essential to the operation of the basket and checkout
(session, shopping basket). These cookies do not require prior consent as they are
strictly necessary for the requested service. We do not use advertising cookies or
third-party trackers for commercial purposes.
Who we share your data with
Your data is shared only with the providers necessary for the shop to function and
for your order to be delivered:
- WooCommerce Payments / Stripe — payment processing
- Colissimo — delivery of your order (name and address passed on for shipping)
- Hostinger International Limited — site hosting (61 Lordou Vironos Street, Lumiel Building, 4th floor, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus)
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Your order data is kept for 10 years for accounting and tax purposes (legal
obligation). Your customer account data is kept for as long as your account is
active; you may request its deletion at any time.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the
right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data.

SUPER B is a French company, you may also lodge a complaint with the French data

Your payment data never passes through our servers and is processed exclusively by
our PCI-DSS certified payment provider.
