- Return the product complete, in a condition suitable for resale.
- Your refund is issued within 14 days of us receiving the return or proof of its shipment.
Unless stated otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Faulty product
If a product is faulty, the statutory guarantee of conformity
applies for 2 years from delivery, as does the guarantee against
hidden defects. In that case, contact us — resolving it costs you nothing.
