Article 1 — Purpose
These terms and conditions govern sales made on miracle-cups.com between
SUPER B and any consumer, within the meaning of the French
Consumer Code.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered are Stanley-brand insulated tumblers and mugs. Product
photographs are the manufacturer’s official visuals; each colourway has its own
listing corresponding exactly to the product delivered.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of your storefront, all taxes included. Delivery
being free of charge, no additional cost is added when you place your order.
Article 4 — Order and payment
Payment is made by credit card or electronic wallet through a secure payment
provider. The order is only final once payment has been confirmed.
Article 5 — Delivery
Orders are shipped from our facility in France. Delivery costs are free
of charge, with no minimum order: no surcharge is added to the amount shown
in your basket.
Carrier and delivery time: Colissimo, within 3 to 7 working days.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the
customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the
product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their
decision or pay any penalty.
The product must be returned in its original condition and complete. Return
shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise. A refund
is issued no later than fourteen (14) days after the product is received back, or
proof of its return shipment.
Article 7 — Statutory guarantees
All products benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity
(Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), lasting two years from
delivery, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects
(Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
These guarantees are owed by the seller, independently of any commercial
guarantee the manufacturer may otherwise offer.
